Principal of SEA, manages all aspects of an environmental consultancy including marketing and profit & loss.

Project Manager and PRP representative for a Federal Superfund remediation in South Carolina including all regulatory interface, engineering design for stabilization, laboratory verification, groundwater, air monitoring, cost control, transportation of a 30 acre, $12 million site

Project Manager and PRP representative for the five state and one Federal Superfund remediations in Georgia including all regulatory interface, engineering review for stabilization, groundwater, air monitoring, cost control, transportation of a 10 acre, $30 million site

Responsible for regulatory interface for twenty different companies throughout the United States, including audits, assessments, permitting, reporting, monitoring, and remediation

Project Manager for groundwater remediation in Opa-Locka, Florida

Project Manager on landfill closure in Atlanta, Ga. including all regulatory interface, project engineering, cost control, and excavation planning and execution of a 30 acre, $4 million site

Designed and installed wastewater treatment operations in Miami, FL & Dallas, TX, each $2 million sites

Founded Southeastern Environmental Associates (SEA) - 3/87

Mill Superintendent, ARCO Building Products, Atlanta, GA 1985-1987

Managed all production of three shift operation including two aluminum extrusion presses, Duranodic and two-step anodizing, and electrostatic painting operations.

Supervised five professionals, seven foremen and one hundred and fifty hourly employees.

Budgetary responsibility exceeded $22 million annually.

Managed all wastewater, safety, and environmental programs.

Started first paint production in the Atlanta plant.

Improved Kynar paint utilization from 120 to 250 square feet/gallon.

Reduced extrusion costs by $0.08/pound.

Reduced anodizing costs by $0.18/pound.

Technical Manager, ARCO, Atlanta, GA 1984-1985

Managed all quality control processes and personnel including seven salaried and twenty hourly employees.

Established analytical and environmental laboratory.

Managed safety, security, and industrial hygiene programs.

Designed and installed a $1.7 million electrostatic paint line.

Designed and installed $2.7 million two-step anodizing retrofit.

Laboratory and Environmental Control Supervisor, ARCO, Miami, FL 1982-1984

Supervised seven laboratory and environmental professionals.

Managed complete metallurgical laboratory.

Established environmental lab including atomic absorption, gas chromatography, and full wet chemistry capabilities.

Implemented statistical process control programs at the electrostatic paint, anodizing, casting, and extrusion plants in Miami.

Managed conversion of 21 and 25 foot vertical electrostatic paint lines from acrylics to high solids paint.
